program underwriters, Third Party Administrators, and licensed producers for

other administrative service providers who have agreed to provide support
services to KAHS. These administrative service providers may include
entities providing claims processing, insurance, stop-loss insurance and
third-party administrator functions. While KAHS attempts to require that
its service providers not further use or disclose your personal information for
any purpose other than as described in this Privacy Policy, KAHS cannot
guarantee their compliance with such restrictions. KAHS will otherwise
